My Dad

Page history last edited by PBworks 16 years, 5 months ago

That's right, this is what my dad's Trival Pursuit token, we called it a pie, always looked like. He picked the orange and filled it quickly. His life can described categorically as each piece of the pie.

The original categories for Trivial Pursuit genius edition

Brown......................Art & Literature

Green......................Science & Nature

Orange.....................Sports & Leisure

blue pie piece:My father was born in Kansas and has lived in New York, Chicago, Houston, Austin, St. Paul, and traveled to numerous other cities and countries for work.

pink pie piece:My father loves to read, anything and everything. He is also an old movie buff, enjoying all types, but especially westerns with John Wayne.

yellow pie piece:My father worked from the age of 13. He put himself through college. He worked for IBM for 27 years and had 3 children with his first wife, adopted my mother's, his seconds wife's children, and then had me.

brown pie piece: My father will read any sort of literature, although he will call some of it crap and tends to like still lifes of western themes.

green pie piece: My father obtained his degree in mathmatics and pursued a career in computers. My father has a green thumb and has always gardened. His most ideal place to be would be walking down a beach picking up shells debating about what kind of organism they had once belonged to.

orange pie piece: My dad has always been a baseball fan, especially the Phillies (too bad they don't win very often).
